Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join a food manufacturer based in Bristol, Somerset. The role is a days-based position working Monday-Friday 08:00 – 17:00. You can expect to achieve a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience, the organisation also increases salaries by 1% every 6 months for the next 2 years.

 

The Role
As HR Manager you will report to the Directors and will manage all aspects of the HR function with in the business and provide HR support to all departments to ensure compliance in line with current employment legislation.
This role would suit an existing HR Manager or a confident Senior HR advisor/officer who is looking to take the next steps in their career. You will ideally be level 5 CIPD qualified or have strong equivalent experience in a generalist background.
Duties will include:

  • Manage Recruitment (Casuals & Full-Time positions)
  • Employee Contracts
  • Reviewing and developing company policies and procedures
  • Manage Employee relation issues
  • Manage the Performance review process
  • Payroll
  • KPIs
  • Pensions
  • Training Files
  • Training courses
  • Brand culture
  • Starter packs
  • Manage the lifecycle of the employee from induction through to the exit process and exit interviews
  • To carry such other duties that may be reasonably requested
